How do you attract a wide audience to a very niche tournament?
The challenge
Commissioned by HH Sheikha Maitha bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the first UAE Ladies Polo Tournament faced limited public awareness of polo and uncertainty over whether a female event could capture attention.
The solution
C&B launched the tournament at Ralph Lauren in Dubai Mall, where limited-edition polo tees were sold with proceeds going to Dubai Cares. The team provided onsite media support, coordinated interviews, and acted as liaison throughout the tournament.
The impact
Coverage spanned daily newspapers and lifestyle, fashion, and sports media. Attendance grew year after year as the event became a celebrated fixture.
