The challenge
As Dubai’s official media organisation, Dubai Media Incorporated needed a communications strategy to safeguard its reputation across multiple locations and employees in times of crisis.
The solution
C&B developed a comprehensive crisis communication plan, including identifying teams and spokespeople, training, notification and monitoring systems, stakeholder mapping, and crisis handbooks. Social media policies were also introduced to reflect new ways of communicating.
