The Challenge
Launching a beachfront development on Palm Jumeirah needed a brand identity that buyers could feel and a launch that captured serenity itself.
The Solution
We staged a three-step journey – save-the-date teasers, framed invitations, and advertising – culminating in a VIP-only Serenia Dome. Guests were immersed through touches like the Book of Serenia and Sounds of Serenia by DJ Ravin.
The Impact
The launch delivered AED 2.77m in PR value, 126 media hits, 17 influencers, and 150 HNWIs in attendance. Within one month, 25% of the project had sold.
