The challenge
TGI Friday’s was looking to refresh its brand experience by revamping outlets and introducing 30 new menu items — but risked unpredictable reviews from media and influencers.
The solution
C&B launched a targeted campaign combining pre-event press releases, invitations to bloggers and lifestyle editors, and a digital contest on Ahlan! Magazine’s website. The event allowed guests to discover the brand’s new look and menu first-hand.
The impact
The relaunch achieved strong attendance and wide media coverage across daily newspapers, print magazines, and online platforms.
